1.       How do I take part in the promotion?

1)       Visit any participating outlets in Malaysia and purchase any of the qualifying Frito Lay snack in a single receipt.

2)       Scan the QR code or visit the promotional website https://www.winwithfritolay.my.

3)       Fill in your personal details, information and upload your receipt. Entries will be verified within 2x business days and you will receive an email on your claim status.

*If you have purchased more than 1x qualifying Frito Lay snack in a single receipt, you are required to enter the claim form and upload your receipt to how ever many Frito Lay snacks you purchased.

This promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens, permanent residents, work permit holders, and is valid in Malaysia only.

5.       Who cannot qualify in this promotion?

PEPSICO (MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other service agencies and providers involved with the Campaign, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and households of each, whether or not related. Participants under the age of 18 are required to obtain parental consent prior to participation in the Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, such consent is deemed to have been obtained. For such participants, the Organizer considers it the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to monitor participants’ participation in this Campaign.

The promotion period begins on 30 September 2024 at 12:00 A.M. and ends on 31 December 2024 at 11:59 P.M, or while stocks lasts.

7.       When does the Redemption period start and end?

The redemption period begins on 30 September 2024 at 12:00 A.M. and ends on 31 January 2025 at 11:59 P.M, or while stocks lasts. *Redemption period is defined as the period when the entrant who have purchased any qualifying Frito Lay packs within the promotional period, enters their code and uploads receipt to collect and select their rewards voucher. 

8.       May I participate in this promotion more than once?

Yes, you may participate in this promotion more than once if you have purchased more than one (1) qualifying Frito Lay snack.

If you have purchased multiple snacks in one (1) receipt, you will have to upload your receipt to the number of qualifying Frito Lay snacks you’ve purchased. 

9.       How will my receipt be validated?

Yes, once you have successfully uploaded your receipt on the respective claim form, our Frito Lay Customer Support team will review the official receipt within 2 business days. If you have not received any email from us, you may reach out to us.

10.    How will I know if my entry was successful or unsuccessful?

Upon submission of your entry, our Frito Lay Customer Support team will validate your receipt within 2 business days, you will then receive an email confirming your entry.

If your entry is successful, you will receive the rewards URL to visit and select your reward. If your entry is unsuccessful, you will be notified via email stating the reasons why your claim was deemed unsuccessful.

11.    What constitutes to an unsuccessful entry?

If your entry is unsuccessful, it could mean a few things. In order for your entry to be successful, the below applies.

•            Legible text - all text on the receipt must be clear

•            Date of purchase - must be between 12.01am 30 September, 2024 to 11.59pm 30 November, 2024.

•            Products - must be participating Frito Lay snacks

12.    How will I know if I am a Monthly Prize Draw Winner?

The Prize Draw will be conducted via a randomised draw and the total eight (8) winners will be announced on Lays Malaysia Facebook and Instagram page on said dates below.

If you are a winner, a nominated Frito Lay Customer Support agent will personally call the contact number provided by the winner within seven (7) business days from the draw date, followed by an email for verification purposes. The nominated agent may call at any time Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30am and 5:30pm, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

13.    What prizes will I win in the Monthly Prize Draw?

·       The eight (8) Monthly Prize Draw Prizes to be given away is an 8 day, 7 night Resort Stay via https://www.resortcerts.com/tlcapac.

·       The Resort stay is valid towards a one-week stay at available resorts worldwide.

·       Destinations and travel times are subject to availability and confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

·       Winners are responsible for other miscellaneous fees, as this prize excludes all flights and transportation fees.

14.    How will I receive my Guaranteed Reward or Monthly Prize Draw Prize?

Guaranteed Reward
You will receive your reward e-Voucher with redemption details via Email. Depending on the reward you select, some rewards can be claimed physically in merchant’s stores, while some have online redemption vouchers.

15.    Do I need to retain my receipt (proof of purchase)?

It is mandatory to retain or withhold the physical receipt or a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase, as this would be the information we require to verify your purchase and entry, should you come across any issues.

16.    Can I exchange my reward?

No, your reward cannot be exchanged for other rewards once you have received your reward e-Voucher and reward details. Reward cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to a different party in any other manner and/ or sale or resale. 

17.    Can I exchange my reward I won for cash?

No, your reward cannot be exchanged for cash.

18.    What happens if I had misplaced my reward voucher(s) and reward detail(s)? May I request for a new one?
